手术结合中医药治疗重度精索静脉曲张不育症的疗效

Comparison of the efficacy of operation combined with Chinese medicine on treating infertile men with severe varicocele

目的 探讨手术结合中医药治疗重度精索静脉曲张不育症的效果。方法 将 5 8重度精索静脉曲张合并不育症患者随机分成两组 ,分别采用双侧或单侧精索内静脉高位结扎手术 (Ⅰ组 ,n =31)及手术后结合中药(Ⅱ组 ,n =2 7)的方法进行治疗 ,分别检测术前 ,术后 4～ 12个月精子参数等 ,并随访怀孕情况。结果 Ⅰ ,Ⅱ组患者精子总数显著增加 ,手术前后有显著性变化 ,活动率有升高 ,正常形态精子率略有改善 ,怀孕率升高 ,但两组之间差别无统计学意义。结论 手术及术后运用中医药治疗均能有效改善精液质量 ,提高怀孕率 ,但中医药的效果配方等仍值得进一步探讨。

Objective To observe the efficacy of operation combined with Chinese medicine on treating infertile men with severe varicocele. Methods 58 infertile men with severe varicocele weren give bilateral retroperitoneal varicocelectomy. After operation, patients were randomly divided into 2 grous: group Ⅰ, 31 patients without Chinese medicine and group Ⅱ, 27 patients with Chiese medicine treatment. Sperm parameters in the two groups were determined pre-operatively and 4～12 months post-operatively. The pregnant rates were recorded. Results Compared with sperm parameters before treatment, sperm count and pregnant rafe increased significantly in both grous after operation, sperm motility and sperm normal morphology increased slightly, but there was no significant difference in these sperm parameters and in pregnant rates between two groups.Conclusion Both operation alone or operation combined with Chinese medicine would benefit to improves semen quality and increases pregnant rates. However, further research on the general effects and prescriptions of Chinese medicine is still necessary.
