摘要
在发生与处理医疗纠纷时 ,病历是判定医患双方责任的重要法律依据。因此 ,规范病案书写 ,提高病历质量 ,是防范医疗纠纷、维护医患双方合法权益的重要环节。
When dealing with medical treatment disputes, the case history is the important legal paper to judge the responsibility of hospital or patient. Therefore, standardizing case history writing and improving the quality of medical records is an important step in guarding against medical treatment disputes and protecting the legal rights and interests of both hospital and patient.
