胎儿肢体畸形的产后超声研究

Ultrasonographic study of fetal limb deformities in vitro

目的探讨胎儿肢体畸形的超声检查方法和声像图特征。方法选用2000年8月至2003年12月在我院因肢体畸形而中止妊娠的胎儿尸体30例,将其置于盛有自来水的水盆中,对胎儿尸体的畸形肢体进行各个切面的扫查,以研究胎儿肢体畸形的最佳超声检查切面与特征性声像。结果在模拟宫内环境的条件下,采用一定的检查顺序和方法,可清楚显示大部分胎儿肢体畸形,在不同的切面上这些畸形都有各自的特征性表现。结论采用连续顺序追踪法,二维超声可以清楚显示出胎儿多种肢体畸形。

Objective To improve the recognization of fetal limb deformities in ultrasonography, and to discover the postnatal ultrasonographic features and display planes of fetal limb deformations. Methods Thirty limb deformities of fetal specimens were immersed in water bath and then scanned ultrasonographically using a systematic continuous sequence approach. Results Most of fetal limb deformations can be displayed clearly in order to some sequence and methods, and various characteristic ultrasonographic features of fetal limb deformations were found. Conclusions Most fetal limb deformations can be displayed clearly on two-dimensional ultrasound imaging by using a systematic continuous sequence approach.
