Based on the analysis of the difficulties in English teaching in vocational colleges such as limited teaching hour,over-sized class,students'inadequate English proficiency and heavy teaching load,this paper explores the concept and cultivation of learner autonomy and summarizes the teaching reform following other's successful approach.
