摘要
本试验探讨了蒸煮温度、蒸煮时间和NaOH处理液浓度对杉木板皮在平压、辊压加工时的弦高压缩率、 弦长扩展率、脱水率和分离度的影响。通过正交试验的方法,获得优化的工艺参数。通过辊压后形成的杉木木 条具有较好的适用性,从而大大提高了杉木的利用率。
As slabs are difficult to process and utilize for their special shapes, a study was made on treating China-Fir slabs under different conditions comprising cooking temperatures, cooking times and treating concentration which affect the results of bowstring-height compressing percentage, bowstring-length extending percentage, dehydrate percentage and separating degree for China-Fir slabs when they are processed by flat-pressing and stretch-rolling. By the way of orthogonal test, the optimized treating conditions affecting the results were gained. The slab strands produced by flat-pressing and stretch-rolling the slabs treated under these conditions had preferable applicability, which could improve China-Fir's utilization greatly.
