摘要
针对中小型地下冶金矿山产量不大、装备水平不高、矿岩松软破碎、地压大等采矿条件,进行采用无底柱分段崩落法开采时采场结构参数的优化。通过室内物理、数值模拟和现场工业试验,结合中小型矿山的特点,探索出合理的分段高度、进路间距、放矿步距等参数,以求达到技术上合理经济上最优。该研究成果在武钢金山店铁矿余华寺矿区的使用中取得了可观的经济效益,为其它类似的矿山探索出一条提高经济效益的好途径。
In view of the mining conditions of small and mediun-sized underground metallurgicalmines—not high capacity, unadvanced equipment, soft and crack ore rock and high ground pressure, the optimization of stope structural parameters in pillarless sublevel caving was made. Through indoor physical and numerical simulation and on-site industrial test and in consideration of the characteristics of small and medium-sized mines, rational parameters such as sublevel height, access spacing and drawing step were found, aiming at rational technology and optimized economy. The application of this study achievement in Yuhuashi mining district, Jinshandian Iron Mine,Wu Steel has obtained considerable economic result, exploring a good way to raise the economical benefit for other similar mines.
