摘要
本研究目的为选取多金属矿中的有色金属,采用优先混合浮选钼、铋、铜矿,从尾矿中混合浮选白钨矿的工艺流程。混合浮选采用煤油加丁基黄药作为捕收剂。混合精矿依次钼-铜铋分离,再铋-铜分离,获得合格的钼精矿、铋精矿、铜精矿。
The research was aimed at separating the nonferrous metals from polymetal ores. A technological flowsheet consisting of preferential and bulk flotation of molybdenum, bismuth and copper minerals and flotation of scheelite from the bulk flotation tailings was adopted. Kerosene and butyl xanthate were used as collectors in bulk flotation. The separation of molybdenum from copper and bismuth in bulk flotation concentrate and then bismuth-copper separation were done, obtaining qualified molybdenum concentrate, bismuth concentrate and copper concentrate.
