Separation Mechanism and Characteristics of BK Series Special Drum Magnetic Separators

针对采用细碎工艺及阶段磨矿阶段分选工艺的磁铁矿选厂提高经济效益的要求,简单介绍了研制专用磁选机应用于各具有分选条件的环节。提出将这些选厂具有共通性的分选环节划分为细碎后入磨前的预选、一段磨矿分级后的粗选、第2段磨矿分级后的二段、及筛分后的第三段精选扫选及控制发生故障时尾矿流失的尾矿再选等4个分选环节的思路。简单介绍了相应的BK系列专用磁选机的分选机理,及结构和分选过程具有的特点。列举了BKY型预选机、BKC型粗选机、BKJ型精选机、BKW-Ⅱ型尾矿再选机的部分应用结果。研究表明,目前采用细碎工艺及阶段磨矿阶段分选工艺的磁铁矿选厂,在预选、粗选、精选和尾矿再选等环节,提高其分选效果具有很大的潜力,相应的BK系列专用筒式磁选机可对我国磁铁选厂的分选效果及经济效益的提高发挥重要作用。

In view of the requirements of improving the economical benefit of magnetite concentrators that adopt fine-crushing technology and stage grinding and stage separation, magnetic separators developed specially for various links of separation is described briefly. It is proposed to classify the common separation links of these concentrators into preconcentration after fine crushing and before grinding, roughing after primary grinding and classification, secondary and tertiary cleaning and scavenging after secondary grinding and classification and after screening and the reconcentration of tailings lost in fault control. The separation mechanism and structure and the characteristics of separation process of correspondant BK series special magnetic separators are described briefly. Some application results of BKY preconcentation type, BKC roughing type, BKJ cleaning type, BKW-Ⅱ tailings reconcentration are cited. The research shows that there is great potentiality in improving the separation results in preconcentration, roughing, cleaning and tailings reconcentration of magnetite concentrators that use fine-crushing technology and stage grinding and separation. The BK series special drum magnetic separators will play an important role in improving the separation result and economic benefit.
