本文以虚拟企业和全面供应链管理为切入点,提出面向供应链管理的业务流程重组,在此基础上,并根据业务流程重组的内涵和需考虑的因素,给出了业务流程重组动态过程模型和相应的功能及实现。

Analyzing virtual enterprise and supply chain management, this paper puts forward BPR facing on supply chain. Further more, it presents a dynamic process of BPR and offers the corresponding function and implement of it, which bases on the concept and factor of BPR.
