水合氯醛合剂中水合氯醛稳定性考察试验

Stability Investigation of Chloral Hydrate in the Chloral Hydrate Mixture

目的 :分析影响水合氯醛合剂中水合氯醛稳定性的因素。方法 :采用回滴定的方法 ,分别对温度、存放时间、紫外线照射以及碱性物质对本品中水合氯醛的影响加以研究。结果 :发现这些因素均影响水合氯醛的稳定性 ,其中以紫外线照射及碱性物质影响最大。结论 :为确保在规定的时间内水合氯醛合剂中水合氯醛含量仍符合要求 ,须在规定时间内用完 ,避免用热水配制。

Objective:To analyze the factors influencing chloral hydrate stability. Methods: The influences of temperature, the length of time, the ultraviolet ray shines and alkaline materials on chloral hydrate in the mixture were researched with retitration method.Results:It was found that all of these factors had influence on the stability of chloral hydrate. Among them the ultraviolet ray was the most influential.Conclusion: In order to guarantee the chloral hydrate fulfilling requirements within fixed time, It must be used up within stipulated time, and may not be compounded with the hot water.
