The Research on Production Progress Dispatcher of Machining Workshop in CAM System

本文介绍了制造系统 (CAM) 中车间调度的数学表达式及调度分类, 机械加工中常见问题的调度方法应用, 通过实例说明, 本文的调度方法对于在制造系统中实现下达工作单、监视和控制工作进程和采集有关工作状态的新信息, 及时完成生产任务, 具有重要意义, 值得推广应用。

The mathematics expression formula and dispatcher’s classification of the workshop dispatcher of the manufacture system(CAM ),the dispatcher method of the common problem were introduced.Through the instance in machining,the results proved that the dispatcher can realize job note assigning,the working process monitoring and controlling and new information gathering about working state among manufacture system.The production task was completed in time.
