摘要
针对施工企业对高层次、复合型人才的需要 ,就如何经营好人才 ,提高企业综合实力和核心竞争力等问题进行了探讨 ,以适应现代企业制度 ,从容应对加入WTO的挑战。
In view of the requirements of senior talents in construction enterprises in this paper according to the problem that how to mak e well use of talents to improve the competitive power of enterprises discussion is made in order to help to construction enterprises to adapt to modern enterpr ise system and leisurely confront the challenges after China becoming one number of WTO.
