Discussion on implementation of whole procedure supervision in China

分析了实施全过程监理的必然性 ,就全过程监理实施的重要作用进行了论述 ,针对其在实施过程中存在的问题 ,从学习国外先进经验、建立健全监理法律、法规等方面 ,提出了相应的对策。

This paper analyzes the necessity to carry out t he whole procedure supervision and discuses it’s the important roles acted in p roject. According to the problems exited in practice corresponding countermeasur es are proposed from using advanced foreign experiences for references, enforcin g supervision laws and regulations and so on.
