介绍了房地产出售回租的概念、特点、分类 ,分析了出售回租在我国发展的原因 ,论述了出售回租的定价原理及策略 ,并通过分析其存在的问题及风险 ,提出了相应对策。
This paper introduces the concept, characters an d sorts about leaseback of real estate, analyzes why leaseback exists and develo ps in our country, points out the principle and tactics of pricing, analyzes the risks and brings forward countermeasures.
