摘要 在实验室考察了PtGe/Al2O3重整催化剂采用不同的锗前身物制备时对性能的影响。发现用锗的氧化物作为锗的前身物制备催化剂比采用锗的氯化物制备具有较好的活性和选择性。用电子探针扫描电镜和吡啶、红外光谱法对催化剂样品进行表征,发现不同锗前身物制备的催化剂,Pt、Ge在载体表面分布均匀,而且锗的引入不影响催化剂的酸性。与铂铼催化剂相比,在运转初期铂锗催化剂具有好的活性和选择性,但催化剂的稳定性较差。 The influence of different germanium precursors on the performance of Pt-Ge/Al_2O_3 reforming catalyst was investigated in the laboratory. It was found that the Pt-Ge/Al_2O_3 catalyst using germanic oxide as the germanium precursor had better activity and selectivity than that of the germanic chloride precursor. IRS and EPM were used to characterize the catalysts. It was discovered that the Pt and Ge in the catalysts using different germanium precursors were uniform on the surface of the support, and the incorporation of the germanic oxide could not adjust the acidity of the catalyst. Compared to Pt-Re/Al_2O_3 catalyst, the Pt-Ge/Al_2O_3 catalyst had better activity in the initial stage, but worse activity stability.
