固体过氧乙酸杀菌效果及毒性试验观察 被引量:13

摘要 为了解固体过氧乙酸消毒剂的杀菌效果及毒性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验对其进行了实验室观察。结果,固体过氧乙酸消毒剂二元包装经 37℃存放 90d,过氧乙酸含量下降率为 1. 23%。以含过氧乙酸 125mg/L,对悬液中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用 2. 5min,对铜绿假单胞菌作用 5min,杀灭对数值均 >5. 00;以含过氧乙酸 2000mg/L,对白色念珠菌作用 10min,杀灭对数值>5. 00。对金黄色葡萄球菌能量试验最低合格浓度为800mg/L过氧乙酸。用含过氧乙酸 250mg/L的消毒液浸泡 25min,对番茄、芒果、西瓜表面的大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值为 5. 32。对小鼠经口毒性LD50为 5 300mg/kg,属实际无毒级;对皮肤无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。结果显示,该固体过氧乙酸消毒剂性能稳定,杀菌效果好,毒性低。 In order to know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of solid peracetic acid disinfectant, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out laboratory observation on them. Results: After the solid peracetic acid disinfectant in binary package was stored at 37℃ for 90 days, its peracetic acid content decreased by 1.23%. The killing logarithms of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the solution containing 125 mg/L peracetic acid for 2.5 min and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed for 5 min were >5.00, and that of Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing 2000 mg/L peracetic acid for 10 min was also >5.00. The minimum eligible concentration in capacity test for S. aureus was 800 mg/L peracetica acid. The average killing logarithm of E. coli on surface of tomato, mango and water melon immersed in the disinfectant solution containing 250 mg/L peracetic acid for 25 min was 5.32. Its oral LD 50 for mice was 5300 mg/kg, so it belongs to practically non-toxic class. It was not irritative to skin and the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. The results show that the solid peracetic acid disinfectant is chemically stable and has excellent germicidal efficacy and low toxicity.
