全功能隐形眼镜护理液杀菌效果及毒性的研究 被引量:13

STUDY ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CONTACT LENS CLEANING-DISINFECTION SOLUTION

摘要 为观察全功能隐形眼镜护理液杀灭微生物效果及其毒性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验、动物试验及模拟现场等方法在实验室进行了观察。结果,以其原液作用 10min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的平均杀灭率均大于 99. 90%;对白色念珠菌作用 8h,对茄科镰刀霉菌作用 12h,平均杀灭率均大于 90. 00%。含 25%以上小牛血清对其杀灭大肠杆菌效果有轻度影响,将护理液原液于 37℃存放 90d,对杀灭大肠杆菌的效果无明显变化。该护理液原液小鼠急性经口毒性LD50 >5000mg/kg属于实际无毒类;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;对家兔皮肤和眼睛无刺激性;豚鼠皮肤致敏试验结果属弱致敏性。结论,该护理液能快速杀灭细胞繁殖体,对白色念珠菌、茄科镰刀霉菌等真菌具有一定杀灭效果,无刺激性、不致敏。 In order to observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of multi-functional contact lens cleaning-disinfection solution, suspension quantitative germicidal test, animal test and simulated field trial were used to carry out laboratory observation. Results: Its stock solution with a 10 min contact time killed over 99.90% in average of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pesudomonas aeruginosa. The average killing rates of Candida albicans exposed to its stock solution for 8 h and Fusarium solani exposed for 12 h were over 90.00%. Over 25% calf serum had slight influence on its efficacy in killing Escherichia coli. Its stock solution after storing at 37℃ for 90 days had no obvious change in efficacy of killing Escherichia coli. The mouse acute oral toxicity LD 50 of its stock solution was >5000 mg/kg, so it belongs to practically nontoxic class. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. It was not irritative to rabbit skin and eye. The result of guinea-pig skin sensitizing test showed weak sensitizing effect. Conclusion: This cleaning-disinfection solution can kill the vegetative form of bacteria quickly and has certain efficacy in killing fungi such as C. albicans and F. solani. It is non-irritative and does not cause sensitization.
