摘要
用悬液定量法观察了二氧化氯发生器产生的二氧化氯消毒液杀灭水中微生物效果与影响因素.结果,以含二氧化氯0.375 mg/L和0.25 mg/L,分别作用1 min和5 min,可使水中大肠杆菌降至0 cfu/100 ml,其杀菌作用随水温的升高而增强,随水中腐植酸等有机物的增多而降低,当水的pH值在6.5~8.5时,对其杀菌效果无影响.
Suspension quantitative method was used to observe the efficacy of chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution generated by the chlorine dioxide generator in killing microorganisms in water and its influencing factors. Results: The chlorine dioxide 0.375 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L with a 1 min contact time and 5 min contact time respectively could reduce Escherichia coli in water to 0 cfu/100ml. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing water temperature and decreased with increasing organic substances such as humic acid in water. pH value of water at 6.5~8.5 had no influence on germicidal efficacy.
