摘要
为评价臭氧消毒剂溶液应用安全性,采用动物试验对其毒性进行了观察。结果,臭氧消毒剂对小鼠经口LD50 >10g/kg(bw);蓄积系数K>5;含 16mg/L臭氧消毒水对动物皮肤、眼睛和阴道粘膜刺激指数均为 0。三个剂量诱导PCE微核细胞率与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。结论,臭氧消毒剂为实际无毒、弱蓄积性物质,对小鼠骨髓PCE亦无诱变作用,对动物皮肤、眼睛和阴道粘膜均无刺激性,使用安全。
In order to assess the applied safety of ozone disinfectant solution, animal test was used to observe its toxicity. Results: The mouse oral LD 50 of the ozone disinfectant was >10 g/kg (bw), the cumulative coefficient K was >5 and the irritation index of the disinfection water containing ozone 16 mg/L to animal skin, eye and vaginal mucosa was 0. Induction of PCE micronucleus rate by 3 doses showed no significant difference (P>0.05) from the negative control group. Conclusion: The ozone disinfectant is a practically non-toxic and low cumulative substance. It has no mutagenic effect on mouse bone marrow PCE and is not irritative to animal skin, eye and vaginal mucosa and safe for use.
