摘要
为准确测定日化产品中醋酸氯己定含量,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,在实验室进行了试验研究.结果,测得线性范围:紫外分光光度法为2~20 μg/ml,高效液相色谱分析法为20~200 μg/ml;线性相关系数分别为R=0.9998和0.9997.回收率:紫外分光光度法对液体样品中醋酸氯己定测定回收率为93.4%~101.4%和94.8%~100.3%;高效液相色谱分析法对牙膏中醋酸氯己定测定回收率为85.3%~94.1%和90.6%~98.5%.经过对6种含醋酸氯己定产品测定,两种分析方法测得结果与产品标量相符.结论,两种分析方法测定常见产品中醋酸氯己定含量,样品预处理方法简单,精密度和回收率高,分离准确快速,适合于常规分析.
In order to measure accurately the chlorhexidine acetate content in chemical disinfectants and daily-use chemical products, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to carry out experimental study. Results: The linear range measured was 2~20 μg/ml by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and 20 ~200 μg/ml by HPLC and the linear correlation coefficient was R=0.9998 and 0.9997 respectively. The recovery rate was 93.4% ~101.4% and 94.8%~100.3% for chlorhexidine acetate in liquid samples measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and 85.3%~94.1% and 90.6%~98.5% for chlorhexidine acetate in tooth paste measured by HPLC. The results of measurement of 6 products containing chlorhexidine acetate by the two analyzing methods conformed to the labeled amount of the product. Conclusion: The two analyzing methods for measuring chlorhexidine acetate content in common products are simple for pretreatment of the sample, accurate and rapid for separation with high precision and recovery rate and are suitable for routine analysis.
