儿童正常和肥大增殖腺的CT测量

CT Measurements of Normal and Hypertrophic Adenoids in Children

目的 :确定儿童正常和肥大增殖腺的CT测量值。材料和方法 :5 0例正常增殖腺儿童和 3 0例肥大增殖腺儿童行CT检查 ,并在重建正中矢状位图像上测量增殖腺的厚度和鼻咽腔宽度。结果 :正常儿童组增殖腺厚度和鼻咽腔宽度分别为 1.0 1± 0 .3 5cm和 2 .3 4± 0 .40cm ,增殖腺和鼻咽腔比率 42 .2± 9.2 % ;2 3例肥大增殖腺不需手术治疗的增殖腺厚度与鼻咽腔比率 5 3 .1± 7.4% ;7例增殖腺肥大需要手术治疗者 >66.5 %。结论 :CT测量对儿童肥大增殖腺的诊断和治疗具有十分重要价值。

Purpose:TO establish the CT measurement value of normal and hypertrophic adenoid in children. Meterials and Methods:Fifty children with normal adenoid, and thirty children with hypertrophic adenoid were CT scaned,and measured on the median sagittal reconstrurction image. Results: The average adenoid thickness and nasopharyngeal cavity width were respectively 1.01±0.35 cm and 2.34±0.40 cm,and the adenoid nasopharyngeal cavity ratio was 42.2±9.2% in normal children,but it was 53.1±7.4% in 23 hypertrophic adenoid without operation, and >60.5% in 7 hypertrophic adenoids with operation. Conclusion: The CT measurement is very important value to diagnosis and treat hypertrophic adenoid in children.
