组织速度成像技术评价心内膜弹力纤维增生症左心功能

Assessment of the Left Ventricular Function by Tissue Velocity Imaging in Children with Endocardial Fibroelastosis (EFE)

目的 :探讨组织速度成像技术 (TVI)对心内膜弹力纤维增生症 (EFE)患儿心功能评价。材料和方法 :应用TVI技术测量 15例EFE患儿及 15例对照组的二尖瓣环运动频谱 :获取左心室收缩期峰值 (Sm) ,舒张早期和舒张晚期的TVI速度峰值 (Em、Am)。结果 :EFE患儿的Sm 明显降低 ,Em、Am 降低 ,Em/Am 变化不明显。结论 :EFE患儿的左心收缩及舒张功能降低。TVI可用于评价EFE患儿的心功能。

Purpose: To assess the left ventricular function in children with EFE by tissue velocity imaging (TVI). Materials and Methods: In 15 normal controls and 15 patients with EFE, a series of functional parameters were measured by TVI such as the peak velocity of mitral annulus of left ventricular at systolic period (S m)、 at early diastolic (E m) and late diastolic period (A m). Results: Compared with normal controls,S m、E m、A m in EFE were significantly decreased,but not the E m/A m ratio. Conclusion: The systolic and diastolic ventricular function in children with EFE were depressed as readily assessed by TVI.
