人卵与胚胎玻璃化冷冻技术 被引量:4

摘要 目前人类体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)技术广泛使用慢速冷冻 快速解冻方法进行人卵及胚胎的冷冻保存 ,但此法耗时、需要昂贵的程序化冷冻仪 ,并且对卵子冷冻效果较差。近年发展起来的玻璃化冷冻方法使用较高浓度的冷冻保护剂和超快速的冷冻速率 ,更简单、快速、高效。本文就这一方法的基本原理、冷冻和解冻速率、冷冻保护剂等方面作一综述。
