窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病43例临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 43例寻常型银屑病患者采用窄波UVB治疗 ,首次剂量从 0 .3J cm2 ~ 0 .4J cm2 开始 ,根据具体情况逐渐递增 ,每周照射 2~ 3次 ,总疗程约 2月余。结果治疗前和治疗 4周、治疗 4周和治疗 8周的评分比较有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,总有效率达到 80 %以上 ;点滴状和斑块状的疗效相比 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) 。
