孔型立辊调宽轧制的三维刚塑性有限元研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用刚塑性有限元法 (FEM)建立宝钢 2 0 50粗轧区孔型立辊调宽过程轧制模型。计算所得多块带钢轧制力值与现场实测结果吻合良好 ,模拟的带钢头尾形状与现场实际结果吻合也很好 ,并建立立轧稳态狗骨形状计算的数学模型。同时研究得出立辊孔型角度对狗骨高及轧制力的影响规律。 Based on the rigid plastic finite element method (FEM), a rolling model for caliber width reduction of 2050mm roughing trains in Baosteel was established. The calculated rolling force values of strips were in agreement with the measured data, and the simulated shapes at the head and tail of strip after subsequent horizontal rolling were also in accord with the actual picture on the spot. The mathematical model was also used for establishing the steady dog bone shape of edging. Meanwhile, the influence of the caliber angle on the dog bone height and the rolling force was also obtained by the investigation.
