细胞角蛋白19预测膀胱移行细胞癌复发的临床意义

Clinical significance of cytokeration 19 in predict recurrence of the bladder transitional cell carcinoma

目的:探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学及图像分析技术检测54例TCC中CK19的表达,并进行分组比较。结果:CK19 的异常表达复发组为(0.6459±0.05164),未复发组为(0.6020±0.04902),对照组为(0.5688±0.02475),复发组与未复发组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:CK19 的表达与 TCC 生物学行为密切相关,为 CK19 在临床预测TCC复发提供了有力的理论依据。

Objective:To investigate the expression of cytokeration 19 (CK19) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC).Methods:The expression of CK19 was examined in 54 cases with TCC by immunohistochemical staining and computerized image analysis technology. The subjects were divided into two groups: recurrence group and non-recurrence group). The data from the two groups was compared with that from control group.Results:The expression of CK19 in three groups were (0.6459±0.05164),(0.6020±0.04902)and(0.5688±0.02475) respectively. The expression of CK19 in recurrent and non-recurrent group was significantly different from that in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The expression of CK19 correlated with biological behavior of TCC and may be useful in predicting tumor recurrence.
