同期行经尿道前列腺电汽化术和无张力疝修补术治疗前列腺增生症并发腹股沟疝

Simultanous hernia reparing and TUVP for the treatment of patients with BPH and groin hernia

目的:探索同时行经尿道前列腺电汽化术和无张力疝修补术治疗前列腺增生症并发腹股沟疝的效果.方法:报告经治的前列腺增生症并发腹股沟疝18例的临床资料.结果:18例(19侧)术后随访5 ～ 44个月,平均24个月,无疝复发、合成材料排斥反应、切口感染、术区牵拉疼痛、睾丸缺血性萎缩等并发症,其中1例复发疝术后出现皮下血肿,经引流后治疗.结论:同时运用经尿道前列腺电汽化术和无张力疝修补术治疗前列腺增生症并发腹股沟疝是一种方法简单、安全、疗效肯定的方法.

Objective:To investigate the surgical effects of transurethral vaporization of prostate in combination with tension-free hernia plastic surgery in patients with prostate hyperplasia and groin hernia.Methods:Clinical data of 18 cases of benign prostate of hyperplasia and Groin hernia.Results:All 18 cases were successfully operated on. No relapse, synthetic materials rejection, infection, wound pain, and testis atrophy was noted during 5 to 44 month followup. One case had subcutaneous hematoma and cured after drainage.Conclusions:Transurethral vaporization of prostate in combination with tension-free hernia surgery is an easy, safe and effective method for treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia and groin hernia.
