ZJ40型钻机更新方案刍议——系列专题之六

A humble opinion upon the renewal project of ZJ40 type drilling rig ——Special topic sec. Ⅵ

回顾了我国 32 0 0m钻机———大庆 1 30型和ZJ4 0L型钻机的历史变革 ,指出了ZJ4 0L型钻机存在的问题 ,它与ZJ5 0L型钻机拉不开档次、结构繁杂、燃油消耗率高、安装运移性差、钻井性能不好。ZJ4 0型钻机更新的目标是结构轻型化、节油耦合化、搬家拖挂化、钻井强劲化。最后 ,推荐了 2个更新方案 ,即 ,机动的ZJ4 0LOT型和电动的ZJ4

In this thesis the historical change of 3 200 m drilling rig——Daqing 130 rig and ZJ40 rig was reviewed. It points out the disadvantage of ZJ40L rig, that is it can’t make a dear distinction between ZJ40L and ZJ50L,the construction was heavy,the rate of fuel consumption was rose,the ability of installation and transportation are bad,the drilling performance are outmode. The object of rig renew are rig comstruction must be lightened. The fuel economization must be hydro-coupling driven. Rig transportation must be trailer mounted and drilling performance must be strengthened. Two models are recommended: mechanical drive ZJ40LOT rig and electrical drive ZJ40DBT rig.
