摘要
针对抽油机野外振动试验的局限性和抽油机振动特性随曲柄运转的变化状态 ,对抽油机运动过程中的模态变化规律进行了系统分析。以C 32 0D 2 5 6 1 2 0型游梁式抽油机为例 ,根据无阻尼结构振动理论 ,利用有限元数值模拟方法 ,计算出抽油机在自由振动时完全阶次的振动特性 ,即 ,固有频率和振型 ,得到振动特性与曲柄转角的关系 ,固有频率基本上随曲柄转角按正 (余 )弦规律变化 。
In the light of the limitations with the experimentation of the pumping unit vibration in the field and the changing state of the vibration characteristics of the crank, the mode disciplinarian of the pumping unit is analysed by system. By taking as an example model C-320D-256-120, according to the theory of structural vibration for an undamped system, by the numerical simulation method of the finite element , we attain the vibration characteristics (natural frequencies and mode shapes) of the integrated steps that the pumping units do in free vibration,the relationship of the vibration characteristics and the crank-corner, and the transformation by the law of sines(cosines) with the natural frequencies and the crank-corner, thus pointing out the changing disciplinaran in pumping unit. point out the pumping unit to first break the part's variety.
