摘要
文章结合螺杆泵的特点介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的螺杆泵测试系统。测试系统利用NationalInstrument公司的软件平台Labview设计的虚拟二次仪表和硬件平台相互结合 ,实现各种信号的实时采集、数据分析处理、查询等功能。该系统具有很好的人机界面 。
A screw rod pumps test system is introduced in this article. The system is based on virtual instruments. This system can detect, analyze, process and acquire data with national instruments' graphical programming 1anguage,Labview and DAQ board. It has a perfect man-machine interface. It has been applied in plant successfully.
