摘要
钢丝绳抽油杆在油田现场使用时 ,由于必须要与光杆和加重杆联接 ,因此 ,两端有联接接箍。在试验室 ,利用水泵提供液体进行了接箍在稳定流动中的试验和抽油机带动钢丝绳及其接箍在液体中运行的不稳定流动试验 ,并用压力传感器测量了液体流经接箍时的压力损失。试验证明 ,两种流动都属于紊流 ,在稳定流动情况下 ,液体流经接箍造成的压降与雷诺数成二次方关系 ,通过拟合试验数据得出了摩阻系数与雷诺数之间的关系为λ =6×1 0 9Re-1 70 79;在不稳定流动情况下 ,摩阻系数与冲次之间的关系为λ =0 2 2 3n2 - 3 77n + 2 0 3 90。
The ends of wire rope sucker rod have collars for linking polish rod and weighting rod. Stationary flow and non stationary flow tests are made for collar for oil tube. The flow field is turbulent flow. The pressure drawdown are measured in fore and rearward of the collar. The results show that in stationary flow formula of resstance coefficient of collar is λ=6×10~9Re^(-1.707 9), that in non stationary flow formula of resistance coefficient of collar is λ=0.223n^2-3.77n+20.390.
