摘要
真空吸滤成型是国内纸浆模塑生产中最常用的成型方法。如何控制和减小吸滤成形的阻力,会直接影响到生产率和产品质量。本文建立了纸浆模塑真空吸滤成型阻力的数学模型,并在此基础上分析了成型过程中阻力的成因及减小阻力的若干途径。
The mathematical model of the resistance in vacuum filtering molding process was established. The causes of the resistance and ways to reduce it were analyzed based on the model and analysis.
