脂肪抽吸术后脂肪栓塞的早期诊断与治疗

Early diagnosis and treatment of fat embolism after liposuction

目的:探讨脂肪抽吸术后的严重并发症脂肪栓塞的早期诊断与治疗。方法:主要措施为对重要脏器的保护、纠正缺氧和酸中毒。在支持疗法的基础上应用酒精治疗。结果:经治疗 3 例脂肪栓塞的患者均治愈。结论:脂肪栓塞应早期诊断并积极组织抢救,酒精疗法是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study severe complication of early diagnosis and treatment with fat embolism after liposuction. Methods The main method to protect important organs, redress hypoxia and acidosis on the basis of supported therapy, alcohol were used. Results Three patients were cured. Conclusion Fat embolism should early diagnosis, active medical care and in hospital medical care to save the lives, alcohol was an effective treated method.
