Improved abdominoplasty with vertical midline resection

目的:探讨一种采用改进的垂直切口矫治腹壁纵行瘢痕和凹陷畸形的腹部整形手术方法。方法:采用经过脐周的半环形加下腹部的楔形切口,对腹壁的纵行瘢痕及多余的皮肤进行切除整形,同时行腹部吸脂手术。结果:共治疗 11 例,除 1 例局部有少量积液外,其余均恢复顺利。其中 3 例随访 1 年,腹部平坦,瘢痕细小。结论:对于下腹部有纵行瘢痕并有凹陷畸形的患者,该手术不失为一种理想的腹壁整形方法。

Objective To explore a way of mini-abdominoplasty for the patients with midline scar in lower abdominal wall. Methods By improved vertical incision circling the umbilicus, the preexisting scar and the excess skin were resected. The liposuction of lower abdomen was simultaneously performed. Results 11 cases, ranging in age from 28 to 45 years old (average age was 34 years), were treated with this technique. Three of them were followed up for one year, their abdomens became flat and the vertical scars were near-disappeared. Conclusion The mentioned performing is a ideal method of abdominoplasty for the patients with vertical midline scar.
