婴幼儿血管瘤800例病因及疗效分析

Analyse of 800 cases of infant hemangioma

目的:探讨母孕期病毒感染与血管瘤发生的关系及尿素治疗血管瘤的疗效分析。方法:对 800 例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿和100 例正常婴儿母亲进行母孕期健康情况问卷调查及血管瘤患儿尿素注射治疗效果进行临床随访分析。结果:婴幼儿血管瘤患儿母亲孕期病毒感染率较正常婴幼儿母孕期病毒感染率有显著性差异,即显著升高;尿素治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效肯定。结论:母孕期病毒感染与血管瘤的发生密切相关,应积极预防,尿素治疗血管瘤疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the relation of infant hemangioma and the virus infection during the period of conceiving. And analyse the effect of the Carbonyldiamide on the therapy of infant hemangioma. Methods The mother of the virus infection during the period of conceiving including eight hundren children of infant hemangioma and one hundren healthy children were assessed by a questionnaire about mother′s health during the period of conceiving. The effect of the Carbonyldiamide on the therapy of infant hemangioma were assessed by clinical follow-up. Results The ratio of the virus infection on mother during the period of conceiving in infant hemangioma is higher than healthy infants.The Carbonyldiamide for the therapy of infant hemangioma was very effective. Conclusion The happence of infant hemangioma had a relation with the virus infection during the period of conceiving and we should prevent the virus infection during the period of conceiving. The effect of Carbonyldiamide on the therapy of infant hemangioma was very marked.
