银屑病复发因素的因子分析

Factors Analysis of Psoriasis Recurrence

目的通过因子分析来观察影响银屑病复发各种因素的公因子。方法对161例初次复发的银屑病患者,调查了可能影响银屑病复发的13项因素,对13项影响因素进行了初始因子分析和方差最大旋转。结果13项影响因素间存在7个主要公因子,其中在第1公因子上载荷较大的有吸烟指数和饮酒;第2公因子上载荷较大的有高温、化学污染、粉尘和噪声;第3公因子上载荷较大的有环境潮湿;第4公因子上载荷较大的有初次复发年龄和慢性呼吸道炎症;第5公因子上载荷较大的有洗澡间隔天数;第6公因子上载荷较大的有家族患病史;第7公因子上载荷较大的有患者精神状况。结论银屑病的复发主要与不良的生活嗜好、不良的工作和生活环境、机体的免疫功能下降、不良的卫生习惯、家族遗传史和精神状况具有较大关系。

Objective To observe some kinds of public factors on the recurrence of Psoriasis by means of Factor Analysis Methods 161 recurrent cases were investigated The initial factor analysis and the varimax have been applied to the possible 13 kinds of factors Results There were seven kinds of main common factors of all the possible 13 kinds of factors Smoking Index and drinking had great loading on the first common factor;the second common factors were high temperature,chemical pollution,dust and noise;the third common factor was moisture environment;the fourth common factors were the first recurrence age and chronic inflammation of respiratory tract;on the fifth common factor was interval days of taking a bath;the sixth common factor were the history of the familial Psoriasis and the seventh common factor was psyche status of these patients Conclusions The recurrence of Psoriasis correlates mainly with bad living hobbies,poor living and working environments, poor immunological function,bad health habit, the history of the familial Psoriasis and psyche status
