145例患儿血清中人类微小病毒B19-VP2-IgM的检测

摘要 目的 :探讨人类微小病毒B19(HumanParvovirusB19)在患儿中的感染情况。 方法 :用ELISA法对14 5例患儿 (大部分来自血液组 )和 4 8例健康儿童 (来自儿保体检门诊 ,对照组 )的血清标本进行了B19 VP2 IgM检测。 结果 :B19 VP2 IgM阳性检出率ITP和AA最高 ,分别为 4 4 .4 % (12 / 2 7)和 4 0 % (10 / 2 5 ) ,与对照相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它病组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :儿童对B19有较高的感染率 ,尤其ITP和AA患儿与B19感染关系更为密切。 Objective: To investigate human parvovirus B19 infection in patients of children. Methods: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed to detect the B19-VP2-IgM in the serum of 145 cases from hospitalized children (mostly in hematologyical ward) and 48 cases from healthy children were used as control group. Results: The positive rate for B19-VP2-IgM of patients with ITP and AA were 44.4% (12/27) and 40% (10/25) respectively. Comparing to the control group,both had significant difference (P<0.05).While the other cases showed no difference with control group. Conclusion: Human parvovirus B19 has high infection rate among the children,B19 might be closely related to ITP and AA,especially.
