摘要 目的 :探讨新生儿脑损伤后CPK值、CT检查及NBNA评分变化与预后的关系。 方法 :5 2例新生儿HIE按病情分为轻、中、重 3组 ,并于生后 2 4h内、第 3天及第 7天时采静脉血检测CPK值 ;于第 7~ 10天行头颅CT检查 ;同时在生后第 3、7、14d做NBNA评分 ,评价新生儿HIE与预后的关系。 结果 :中、重度组CPK值与轻度组相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;头颅CT及NBNA评分对脑损伤的分型和预后关系密切。 结论 :CPK测定、头颅CT情况及NBNA评分对判断预后有重要的意义。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between CPK 、 Brain CT、 neonatal behavior neurological assessment (NBNA) and the prognosis in the neonates with brain damage. Method: Fifty-two cases of neona tes were divided into three groups according to their degree of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), of which are mild, moderate and severe. Blood CPK were measured within 24 hours, 3 and 7 days after birth, and the NBNA scores were given at 3、7 and 14 days after birth respectively , the brain CT were measured during 7~10 days after birth to predict the prognosis. Results: There were significant differences in blood CPK between moderate-severe g roup and mild group. (P<0.01). Brain CT and NBNA were related to the clinic division of brain damage and their prognosis. Conclusion: Blood CPK, brain CT and NBNA play an essential role in predicting the prognosis in the neonates with HIE.
