摘要 基于对换热器内流体流动通道间传热的热力学第一定律的分析 ,提出了换热器数值计算中传热边界条件的设定方法。通过对采用不同传热边界条件数值计算结果的对比分析 ,并与实验测试结果对比 ,证明该边界条件设定方法切实可行 ,而且可以提高计算结果可信度。 The confirming method of heat transfer boundary conditions for numerical analysis of heat exchanger is put forward based on the analysis of heat transfer through the flow channels, using the first law of thermodynamics. Through the comparative analysis of the numerical calculation results using different heat transfer boundary conditions, and that with the experimental results, it is proved that this confirming method of heat transfer boundary conditions is practical and workable. It is beneficial to improve the reliability of the calculation results.
