摘要 将虚拟样机技术应用于水泵产品的开发 ,支持产品开发与生产过程的数字化、并行化和集成化。实践表明 ,显著地提高了水泵的开发效率和设计质量。 The arising of one new product development method, namely, virtual prototyping technology (VP) faces the whole life cycle and all stages of product development, meets the requirements for digitization, parallelization, integration in the process of product design and manufacture, thus accelerates the R and D speed and reduces the cost for new product. As a fresh technology, VP has a broad market and bright future. In this paper, definition of VP technology is given, key technology of VP is also discussed, and the application of VP for two-stage submersible pump design is described. The practical result shows that the product development efficiency, designing quality and the time-to-market speed of pump can be improved greatly through virtual prototyping technology, and it's valuable for the virtual prototype development of other kinds of agricultural machinery as well.
