摘要
为了能采用较少种油墨印制出色彩鲜艳的连续调图像,提出了一种面向专色印制的油墨定制及连续调图像分色算法。连续调图像是指存在着色调、亮度与饱和度的连续变化的真彩色图像。该算法首先根据图像的颜色属性,建立油墨定制与分色的约束最优化模型,然后采用迭代法来完成油墨定制及图像分色。实践证明,使用该算法能够以较少种类的油墨,在不允许叠印的前提下,印制出色彩鲜明的连续调图像。该算法还可广泛应用于印染、陶瓷印花等行业。
A new method of Ink customization and Spot color separation of continuous tone image is presented in this paper. The continuous tone image of this paper means the color image that contains the continuous transformations of tone, brightness and saturation. The new method of Spot color separation in this paper consists of the constrained optimization model of Ink customization and Spot color separation according to the attribute of the original pattern’s color. The model is solved with the iterative method for Ink customization and Spot color separation in the print system’s color gamut. This method offers new perspectives for printing bright continuous image with special inks and can be applied in pattern processing of many industries such as printing, dyeing and ceramics printing, etc.
