摘要
寡糖 (Oligosaccharides)能够促进动物肠道内有益菌增殖 ,抑制有害菌生长 ,维持正常的消化道环境 ,提高动物机体的免疫力和抗病力及促进脂类的代谢等 .寡糖被广泛应用于鸡、猪、牛的生产中 .寡糖的使用效果受寡糖的种类、动物种类、寡糖添加方式等因素的影响 .另外 ,寡糖稳定性、安全性、环保性好 ,应用前景非常广阔 .
Oligosaccharides can promote the growth of th e beneficial germs within bowel of the animals, repress the harmful germs grow, ma intain the normal environment of digestion, increase the immunity of the animals ’body, the resistance to diseases and benefit to the metabolism of fat and so o n . Oligosaccharides were already used in the production of the chicken, pigs an d cows. The effect of oligosaccharides as a feed component is up to the oligosac charides categories, animals categories, way of adding oligosaccharides ect. Oli gosaccharides as feed components are promising in further application due to its stability stafety, environmental friendly.
