摘要
通过分析国内外图像自动识别系统在交通管理中应用的现状 ,指出了现行各种自动识别系统所采用技术方案的优缺点 ,提出了一种新的车牌图像自动识别管理系统 ,并对其中图像定位和字符分割核心技术的研究进行了分析比较 ,提供了在复杂图像中如何进行图像识别的研究新思路 。
This paper analyzes the application statement of traffic management of image auto-recognition system at home and abroad, demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of the technique plan applied in all kinds of auto-recognition system currently, and researches the image location and character segment technique and makes a comparison between them. In addition ,the paper provides a research idea that how to recognize image object in complex image, which aims to make wide application.
