摘要
针对大庆石化分公司线性低密度聚乙烯装置粉料输送系统进行安全性论证。通过在大庆石化分公司塑料厂线性车间进行现场实测,在大连安全技术研究所的模拟试验装置进行试验,通过所测试的相关数据考察了粉料输送管线、粉料储仓在正常生产过程中产生的静电、电场强度、可燃气体含量等情况,并对其危险性进行了理论和实际分析,根据大庆石化分公司塑料厂线性车间现场实际配置情况,找出危险部位,并对其危险部位提出了应采取措施的建议。
The safety demonstrations for powder material conveying systems on Daqing Petrochemical Company LLDPE units are conducted. After field measurements on LLDPE Plant of Plastic Plant Of Daqing Petrochemical Company and tests on the analogue test apparatus Supplied By Dalian Safty And Technology Research Institute, the static electric field intensity and the flammable gas content in the powder conveying pipelines and powder silos are examined by analyzing the measured data. Risk evaluations and theoretical analysis based on the plant real layout of Daqing Petrochemical Company LLDPE units lead to the knowledge of dangerous areas, and the protection measures are recommended.
