摘要
结合甲苯的用途和大庆石油化工总厂的装置现状熏探讨了甲苯的利用途径,通过加氢脱烷基制苯,为苯乙烯装置提供原料。分别介绍了甲苯脱烷基制苯的催化加氢和热解非催化加氢工艺技术,对几种典型工艺技术的经济效益做了分析。
Chemical routes for the applications of toluene based on the present plant in Chemical Plant Of Daqing Petrochemical Complex are discussed. Manufacturing benzene by hydrogenation dealkylation can be a reliable raw material source for styrene plant. Manufacturing benzene by both catalytic hydrogenation and pyrolytic hydrogenation without catalytic effect dealkylation of toluene technology are introduced. Benefit evaluations for several typical technologies are conducted.
