Analysis of Microstructure Evolving in Section-changed Zone of Unidirectionally Solidificated Zn-25%wt Al Alloy

摘要 利用HRC定向凝固装置,选择热区温度为830℃和780℃,凝固速度为77.5μm/s和155μm/s的凝固条件,采用变截面结晶器,获得了截面变化前后的稳定组织以及截面变化区的组织演变。结果表明,截面变化对组织的影响是一个渐变的过程。演变区晶粒经历了分叉、合并及淘汰后,形成新的稳定区组织。 Utilizing HRC apparatus for directional solidification and variable section crystallizer,at the temperature of 830℃ and 780℃,rate of 77.5μm/s and 155μm/s,stable microstructure of different section and microstructure evolving of section-changed region were obtained.It is concluded that the influence of section variation on microstucture is one of gradual change.Crystal grain in evolving region formes new stable microstucture after splitting,merging and eliminating.
