摘要
研究了在脉冲电流的作用下,SWRH82B钢处理的新工艺。结果表明;在脉冲电流的作用下,用油淬+回火的处理工艺完全可以取代中高碳盘条钢常用的铅浴淬火。该工艺在保证盘条钢具有良好的回火屈氏体和索氏体组织外,还减少了对环境的污染和对人体的危害。实验用的脉冲电流参数为3C6H2min。采用的油淬处理工艺为:900℃加热,油冷,然后450℃×25min回火。通过对其组织观察,发现脉冲电流能促进组织的细化和均匀化,其组织完全满足盘条钢拉拔的要求,为解决SWRH82B钢在拉拔过程中出现的质量问题提供了重要的参考依据。
The new technology of treatment in SWRH82B steel was investigated under the active of electric current pulse. The results show that under the active of electric current pulse the lead bath quenching used commonly in the medium and high carbon wire rod steel can be completely replaced by the treatment technology of oil quenching and tempering. The technology not only guarantees that there are good microstructures of the tempered troostite and sorbite in the wire rod steel, but also makes environmental pollution and human harm decrease much. In the experiment the adopted parameter of the electric current pulse is 3C 6H 2min. The used technology of oil quenching is that the steel is heated at 900℃, then is cooled in the oil, and the isothermal treatment is lasted for 25min at 450℃. Through the observations of microstructures of SWRH82B it is found that the electric current pulse can promote the refinement and homogenization of microstructures and the microstructures agree well with the pull requirements of wire rod steel, so this can provide the important reference basis for solving the quality problem during the pull of SWRH82B steel.
