微弧熔覆GCr15涂层的结构与性能研究

摘要 研究了微弧熔覆GCr15涂层的结构和性能。结果表明,GCr15涂层的表面显微硬度可达980HV(68HRC),比基体C级钢的硬度提高了近4倍;涂层与基体实现了冶金结合;涂层的热影响区小,未出现魏氏组织。 Microstructure and properties of micro-arc clad coating with GCr15 were studied . The results show that the surface micro-hardness of GCr15 coating reachs 980HV(68HRC)which is about four times higher than the hardness of substrate material(C grade steel). The metallurgical bonding can be got between coating and substrate materials. The heat affected zone of the coating is small and no widmanstatten structure was observed in this zone.
