城市高架桥下空间土地利用形态的调查研究

Investigation on Land Use under the Elevated Urban Railway

以不同线路、建设年代、侧道条件、横向道路条件等角度 ,介绍了东京市区范围内高架铁路桥下空间的土地利用形态。调查了上海轨道交通 3号线高架桥下空间的土地使用形态 ,并提出了上海城市高架轨道交通线路下部空间土地利用形态的初步建议。

This paper introduces the land use patterns un de r the elevated railway of Tokyo,from the angle of different lines,the construct ion ages,the structure of adjoining space and the condition of the lateral road s,analyzes the land use under bridge through an investigation of Shanghai Pearl Line,aiming at optimizing the land use under the elevated urban railway in Shang hai.
