摘要
提出了一种用于求解中期电力市场机组组合问题的启发式方法。该算法将局部寻优法与优先顺序法有效结合避免了丢失最优解，同时通过逐次寻优逐步缩小了寻优范围，从而提高了求解速度。该算法在东北区域电力市场的实际应用表明了其实用性和有效性。
A heuristic method to solve unit commitment problem in medium-term electricity market is proposed, which effectively combines local search method with order of priority method to avoid losing the optimal solution. At the same time the search scope is reduced gradually by means of successive optimization and the calculation speed is improved. The results of applying the proposed algorithm in Northeast regional electricity market show that it is practical and effective.
